HONORING THE JOURNEY OF LIFE.
Tribute Hospice is honored to provide the physical, emotional, and spiritual support needed to offer comfort and ensure quality of life for seniors in North Texas.
What Is Hospice?
Hospice care is health care focused on maintaining or improving your quality of life when you have been diagnosed with an illness, disease or condition that is considered terminal or unlikely to be cured.
Why Use Hospice?
The goal of hospice care is to ensure that you maintain your quality of life through pain management, symptom control, and various other therapies. People live longer when on hospice because of the detailed supervision of care.
Who Can Use Hospice?
There are many people who would qualify for the extra support of hospice but don’t know to ask about it. We are happy to provide a free consultation to help you determine if hospice care is available to you and work with your doctor, or ours, to obtain the needed recommendation.
Where Can You Receive Hospice Care?
Hospice care can be provided in your own home, a long-term care facility such as assisted living, or the hospital. The Tribute Hospice team is here to support you, and that means we can help you wherever you are most comfortable.
Hospice care is FREE
for people with a qualifying diagnosis.
